EKasic® plate condensers are ideal for condensing corrosive vapors from carrier gases. For media that react sensitively in contact with metal surfaces, EKasic® plate condensers with SiC ceramic heat exchanger plates are the right choice. The products only comes into contact with EKasic® silicon carbide plates and the PTFE linings and gaskets.
The 150-mm nozzle size on the inlet port allows 2,500 m3/h vapor to be processed. When used with steam at up to 16 bar, the units are also ideal heaters for corrosive media.
EKasic® plate condensers are true all-rounders. They are also suitable for evaporating and can be used with reboilers for heat recovery.
