Application of a release agent and lubricant in the extrusion of aluminum prements sticking of the aluminum alloys. EKamold® P2 boron nitride powder is applied electrostaticly and optimizes productivity and product quality.
FOR HIGH-TEMPERATURE APPLICATIONS
The use of BORONID® boron nitride as a release agent and lubrication for high-temperature applications prevents the destructive escalation of friction. BORONID® differs signficantly from conventional lubricants as it retains its performance at temperatures >500 °C.
